Ponthir Sports & Community Club
We offer a variety of different sports as well as the chance to have a drink on our brand new patio area, situated in the heart of Ponthir village.
Our bar Autumn/Winter opening hours are:
Monday - Closed
Tuesday 6pm - 10pm
Wednesday - Closed
Thursday - Sunday 6pm-10pm
Senior Cricket
We currently have two senior sides playing in the South East Wales cricket league, a midweek team as well as an over 50's team
Football
Our senior football team play in the local Saturday league. If you would like to join for the upcoming 2021/22 season, don't hesitate to get in touch!
Social/Quiz Night
The bar is currently open every evening from 6pm. We also hold a quiz night on Sundays for those eager to test their general knowledge
Darts
We are currently running a Darts team who compete in a local Thursday night league.
