Junior Awards 2010 Season

Sunday 12th September 2010

The junior presentation / fun day was a great success—well attended with the weather allowing for a friendly(?) fathers and son's match to go ahead. This was then followed by a presentation of this season's awards - with the 1st team skipper Dave Wilson presenting the boys with their trophies.

The U11’s had a splendid season, finishing joint 2nd in the League. The U13’s had a much better year with some good performances finishing 5th. Well done!

All we can ask as a club is for the children to be regularly available, the parents to support them and to help the coaches in whichever way required. It is also vitally important that the kids representing the club uphold the Ponthir values of enjoyment, sportsmanship and respect for the opposition and match officials.
